We recently, hosted the Attendance and Behaviour Hub Programme, welcoming colleagues from across the trust for a day of collaboration, reflection, and shared practice. The event provided a valuable opportunity to showcase the school’s strong culture, clear vision, and commitment to supporting every student.

The programme began with visitors observing the start of the school day, including student line ups and lesson arrival routines. This offered a real insight into the calm and purposeful environment that underpins learning at St Paul’s Way. A presentation from the Head of School and Deputy Headteacher followed, introducing the school’s ethos, values, and strategic approach to student culture.

Guests then took part in a tour of the school, including lesson visits where behaviour systems and expectations were seen in action. These moments highlighted the consistency and clarity that staff bring to every classroom.

Focused sessions on attendance and behaviour explored key areas such as staff roles and responsibilities, professional development, systems, and targeted interventions. These discussions enabled colleagues to share ideas and reflect on effective approaches that support positive outcomes for students.

The day concluded with time for networking, allowing attendees to build connections and continue professional dialogue. Overall, the event was a great success, demonstrating the strength of practice and leadership at St Paul’s Way.
